A Roadmap for Mindful Living (Florida)

We live in a complicated, fast-paced, and often confusing world which frequently requires us to make decisions that significantly affect our future. Are you properly trained to navigate these challenging moments or do you often just ‘wing-it’? This course offers practical and relevant information, specific skills, and simple tools that will prepare you to manage those everyday stresses with calm and ease. The sessions include discussion, meditation, and a question/answer period.

Date and Time:
Tuesday January 6th, 13th, and 20th and Saturday January 24th from 7:00 to 9:00pm.

Cost:

  • Full course – $150.00
  • Tuesday evenings only (two via Skype and one in person) – $55
  • Saturday morning and afternoon sessions only – $95.00
