You are now ready to apply and practice what was learned in Discovery. Implementation offers you powerful coaching time where you learn to respond, not react, to the challenging situations in your life.

  • Refining and practising your personalized program
  • Increasing physical, energetic, mental, and emotional wellbeing
  • Implementation of the concepts/knowledge from module one

  • Recognizing when you are in reaction
  • Applying the Bello Method when frustrated

Upon completing Implementation, you will know how to respond to stressful situations without falling victim to self-limiting habits.
